Sonal Naik is the leader of Deloitte Catalyst, an innovation team within Consulting that is at the intersection of Deloitte, its clients, and the startup ecosystem. Deloitte Catalyst accelerates innovation and growth by clarifying emerging startup trends, making meaningful connections, and co-developing innovative solutions with startups. Catalyst teams focus on a prioritized set of technology and sector domains including Artificial Intelligence, Consumer, Financial Services, Government and Public Services, Industry 4.0, and Life Sciences and Healthcare. The goal of Catalyst within Deloitte is to drive strategic partnerships to accelerate sales and delivery with our clients as well as drive innovation in our consulting delivery model. Sonal brings over 20 years of consulting experience to this role with a focus on innovation and client experience since 2009.
